Privacy Notice
Effective 29 August 2026 · Last updated 29 August 2026This notice explains what Praxis Profit collects through this website, why, who processes it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you complete the Business & Financial Performance Diagnostic and ask for your full result, we collect your first name and email address, your answers to the fifteen questions, and the scores calculated from them. You may optionally add your business type, an approximate revenue range, and your primary concern. We also record whether you opted in to marketing email.
When you request a downloadable resource, we collect your first name, email address, and marketing consent choice.
Our hosting and form providers generate routine technical logs, including IP address and request details, needed to operate and secure the site. If you book a call, the booking page collects the information you enter there.
Business information may still identify a person. The Diagnostic asks about business operating practices rather than personal investments or personal finances. However, when answers are linked to your name or email address, we treat that information as information associated with you and handle it under this Notice.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver what you asked for — your diagnostic result or the resource you requested — and to respond to enquiries. If you separately opted in, we also send practical business and financial performance insights by email.
Opting in to marketing is not a condition of receiving your diagnostic result or a download. Your result is shown on the page whether or not you subscribe.
Your diagnostic answers
While you are taking the Diagnostic, your answers stay in your browser's memory. Nothing is stored on your device, and no result is placed in a shareable web address. Your answers and scores reach us only when you submit the form, and are used to produce your result, to send the emailed copy you requested, and to make any conversation that follows more useful.
Service providers
We use the following providers to operate the site. They process information on our behalf and have their own security and privacy practices.
- Netlify — website hosting, form processing, and the serverless function that sends your diagnostic result.
- Brevo — delivery of the diagnostic result email and, for subscribers only, marketing email.
- Google — appointment scheduling through Google Calendar, and web font delivery through Google Fonts.
- Plausible Analytics — cookieless visit measurement, processed in the EU. See the Cookie Notice.
If we add or change a provider, this section will be updated.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or cross-site tracking. Visit measurement is cookieless and is designed to measure aggregate website usage without identifying individual visitors. See the Cookie Notice for the detail.
Security
Praxis Profit uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, acquisition, use, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include limiting access to business information, using reputable service providers, keeping credentials and API keys out of public website code, and using secure transmission where supported. No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Do not send Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, banking credentials, payment-card credentials, tax returns, payroll files, bank statements, or other highly sensitive information through public Website forms. If sensitive records are required for a paid engagement, Praxis Profit will provide or approve a separate secure process.
How long we keep information
Diagnostic and free-resource submissions are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary to respond to you, document consent, resolve a dispute, establish or defend legal claims, comply with law, or maintain required business records.
Marketing subscriber information is retained until you unsubscribe or we discontinue the list. We may retain a minimal suppression record after unsubscribe so we can honour the request.
Information connected to a paid client engagement is retained according to the applicable engagement agreement, legitimate business-record requirements, and applicable law.
No sale of personal information
Praxis Profit does not sell or rent your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Legal and protective disclosures
Praxis Profit may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a valid governmental request; enforce agreements; investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; protect the rights, property, or safety of Praxis Profit or others; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Business transfer
If Praxis Profit is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law and appropriate confidentiality protections.
Unsubscribe
You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any marketing message. Unsubscribing does not affect a diagnostic result or resource you already requested.
Your requests
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information Praxis Profit holds about you, email hello@praxisprofit.com. We honour these requests subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements. Nevada residents may direct requests regarding covered information under NRS Chapter 603A to the same address.
Client work
Documents and financial information shared during an engagement are treated as confidential, are used only for that engagement, and are never used in marketing without written permission.
Aggregated or de-identified patterns may be used to improve Praxis Profit methods, tools, and educational materials only where the information cannot reasonably identify a client or reveal confidential client facts. Identifiable client information is not used in public marketing without permission.
Children
This website is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will update this notice and its effective date when our data practices materially change.
